A multi-tasking maven, Emily Gaikowski thrives on the creative and logistical challenges of executing events that shatter expectations. Dubbed a “Wedding Whisperer,” this people lover relies on her intuitive ability to make decisions and tackle any surprises that may pop up while keeping her clients at ease.
Preferring to browse the aisles at the local party store over the toy store, Emily was drawn to event planning from a young age. After years as the go-to organizer for all gatherings within her inner circle, Emily was asked to be the officiant and coordinator for several friends’ weddings. Quickly realizing weddings were her calling, she left her decade-long Public Health career and moved from San Francisco to Los Angeles to start her own event-planning business.
Influenced by her infatuation with paperback romance covers and all things kitsch, Emily founded Heartthrob Events and has been creating unforgettable celebrations for celebrity clientele since 2016.

Emily finds sparks of creativity all around.
Moved by color, fashion, and the worlds of television and film, her main source of soul-fulfilling inspiration comes from her deep love of travel and connecting with people.
When she isn't bringing the event magic, she can be found snuggled up with her rescue pets watching Clueless, A24 films, and escaping into the hazy microcosm of Euphoria. For a change of scenery, this nature lover enjoys hikes in nearby state parks and attending overpriced boutique fitness classes that scream “L.A.”
